1/21/15 Public Service Announcement

A public service announcement (PSA) or a public service ad is a message to the public that interest the public. A public service announcement usually changes the way the public looks at a topic and changes their attitude towards that topic. We use them because we are trying to sell things to the public and make them more popular. Two examples of PSA can be found here and here. The first example of PSA is about drinking and driving and the second one is some stats on texting and driving. Both of these are trying to convince the public to not drink and drive or text and drive.
